Since HUD released the HOTMA Implementation Notice on September 29^th, 2023, we have received lots of questions on how to proceed. Implementation of new HOTMA regulations is on hold until the TRACS system is updated, but HUD (and OHFA) are requiring that Owners/Agents update their Tenant Selection Plans and EIV Policies and Procedures with the HOTMA changes by March 31, 2024.
