The final rule for the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE)” is well underway for public housing and the HCV program is just around the corner with an effective date of October 1, 2025. Additionally, many Housing Finance Agencies are in the process of adopting NSPIRE for the LIHTC program. This training module will focus on an overview of the program and what all agencies need to know to implement to be compliant with the new standards.
