In response to recent changes to state law, OCCH has developed an easy-to-use online calculator designed to help an owner or manager of affordable housing in Ohio to easily estimate their real estate taxes.  This online calculator mirrors the provisions found under section 5713.03 of the Ohio Revised Code that prescribes the valuation methodology for affordable housing.
